A selection of videos I've created, ranging from lifestyle through to fashion, both for clients or for fun. I like to shoot hand-held and in the action. My preference for creativity leans towards videography, and though I still enjoy capturing stills, it is through video that I can truly explore storytelling and create a more complete scene. I hope you enjoy watching.

Isle of Wight NHS Trust Recruitment

The Isle of Wight NHS trust wanted a video to send as part of a package to prospect staff that may be interested in moving to the Isle of Wight, showcasing what a beautiful place it is to live.

TURKEY

 I travelled to Cappadocia in Turkey with my girlfriend Charlotte, where we were working with a couple of hotels, Artemis Cave Suites and Henna Hotel. On our way back we flew via Pammukale, an incredible area of the country with natural thermal pools set into a hillside. 

ISLAND GIRL - FRESHWATER BAY

During lockdown Charlotte and I decided to treat our island home as a travel destination, and started the video series 'Island Girl' where Charlotte gives her follows tips when visiting the island. The first video was set at our favourite beach, Freshwater Bay.

JAPAN

A bucket list trip to see the cherry blossom in Japan, we squeezed this trip into a packed travel schedule and saw as much as we could in under a week. There was so much to shoot and film as Charlotte was working with fashion brands but I managed to put together a video of the trip nonetheless.

WIGHTLINK

One of my local clients, Wightlink Ferries want videos showcasing the Isle of Wight as a destination to visit all year round. This video shows off some of the off-season highlights of living here and is targeted towards families with kids.

LIFE BEFORE WORK - CROATIA

A joint client with Charlotte, this video was created to premiere on her IGTV, hence the peculiar format. This vertical medium meant changing the way I shoot or adapting a new editing style to still allow footage to be used in a landscape format at a later date as well.

KAKSLAUTENNEN ARCTIC RESORT

One of the most magical trips, and shot in a more vlog-like style, our trip to Kakslauttenen in Finland was a test of both my equipment and skills. Shooting in sub-zero and in ever-encroaching darkness put me to work!

CAP - ORBIT (MUSIC VIDEO)

An outlier in my portfolio, this music video I created for a song of mine turned out well and was, I think, a unique and satisfying idea. 

WOW AIR - ICELAND

Shot to promote Wow Air's route from London - Iceland - New York, this was another trip plagued by extreme weather with a few of our tours cancelling due to high winds!
